Embossing Presses

At Black Dog Signs we offer one of the widest ranges of paper embossing presses available. This means that whatever your preference - traditional, modern or purely functional - we will have a model to suit almost any requirement.

Our dies (the part of the press that actually makes the impression) are cut to precise tolerances on state of the art laser engraving equipment. This allows us to make fine adjustments to accommodate varying paper weights and text sizes.

Logos can be produced on all models.

Many of the following models are our own design and we are more than happy to supply bodies for other engravers or stamp makers to produce their own dies.

EASIWAY Desk standing embossing press. Can accommodate 6 lines of text each with approximately 21 character spaces on a 50x21mm die size. Supplied in either plain black or antique black finish. Very popular for endorsing MOT certificates.

COMPANY SEAL Desk standing embossing press Can accommodate approximately 43 character spaces around the circumference of a 35mm diameter circular die. Supplied in either plain black or antique black finsh. Can be used as a company seal or MOT embosser.

IMPRESS Desk standing, traditional embossing press. Take up to 5 lines of text each with approximately 21 character spaces on a 50x19mm die size. Supplied in either plain black or antique black finish. Ideal notepaper embosser.

PLIER SEAL Hand-held, traditional embossing press. Can accommodate approximately 43 letters and spaces on a 35mm diameter circular die. Supplied in either plain black or antique black finish.

TABLE PRESS Desk standing heavy duty press. Long 110mm reach with adjustable paper stop. Choose between either a 52mm diameter circular die or 76x25mm rectangular die. Ideal for marking certificates or official documents.

IDEAL Hand-held, modern embossing press. Choose between either a 50mm diameter circular die or 50x25mm rectangular die. Supplied in stylish chrome finish.

BRASS SEAL Traditional seal for use with hot wax. Choose between either a 25mm or 38mm diameter circular die. Ideal for sealing/marking letters. Diplomas or even wedding invitations.

ELEGANT 1 Desk standing cast metal press. Choose between either 41mm diameter circular die or 51x26mm rectangular die. Available in a polished gold finish. Ideal for private use or as an executive gift.
